All handicap queries should be addressed through the local golf venue and they will be forwarded to the appropriate officer for resolution.

DUTIES OF THE IPGC OFFICERS

Chairman	Group coordination and scheduling with golf courses. In addition, act as the final arbitrator over any disputes over rules violations, in a manner consistent with the most recent edition of The Rules of Golf as jointly promulgated by the R & A and the USGA and supplemented by mutually agreed IPGC Local Rules.
Secretary	Maintain meeting minutes, correspondence, etc.
Treasurer	Oversee finances including, but not limited to, administration expenses, the maintenance of the balance sheet, and the issuance of statements of account for IPGC majors. Any excess of income over expenditure should be used for the benefit of IPGC members.
Public Relations	Sending major IPGC Press Releases to local media, as and when necessary, and maintaining the IPGC website.
Course Liaison Officer	Negotiating rates and conditions with the relevant senior posts at the Province's golf clubs
